Kevin Lau, Reviewer, is active as a pianist/performer and composer of contemporary classical music (yes, it does exist!) He was recently commissioned by the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra to write a work for their 2003-04 season. His music has been featured in several student films and he has been signed on to write the score for a feature film currently being produced in England.

Besides specializing in contemporary music, Kevin is also an avid fan of classical and film music, science fiction and fantasy literature, creative writing, movies, skiing, quasi-sensical rantings, and sushi. Currently he is exploring the music of Dreamtheater, after the band hurled a drumstick at him during one of their concerts.

Kevin is a student at the University of Toronto, Canada. He can be reached by e-mail at lau4302@rogers.com.
